How Keiti Tank Pads are made
Keiti tank pads are crafted using a detailed screen-printing technique. The process starts with tailoring a mesh frame to the specific design. Ink is then poured onto the frame and carefully pushed through the mesh, transferring the design onto the surface.
Each color in the graphics, whether it is a logo or an accent, requires its own dedicated print screen. This ensures precise color application and prevents cross-contamination between colors.
To maintain accuracy, screen-printing tools are not shared between different tank pad shapes, as the placement of designs varies with each style.
After printing, a protective resin coating is applied to the tank pads, enhancing their durability and ensuring long-lasting performance.
