TUBELESS TYRE REPAIR KIT
Suitable for Motorcycles and ATV / QUADS

Step 1. Find the puncture site and remove any foreign objects.
Step 2. (original pic #1) apply 2-3 drops of cement/solution onto the tool end.
Step 3. (original pic #2) Insert the tool into the puncture hole. Ream the hole by rapidly moving the tool in and out. When the tool moves easily, the puncture site is ready to proceed to the next step.
Step 4. (original pic #3) Thread one plug/string through the eye of the tool so that half of the plug/string is on each side of the eye. (for easy threading, dampen The tip of the plug/string as you would a sewing thread.) fully coat the plug/string On both sides with the cement/solution.
Step 5. (original pic #4) insert into the puncture hole, until approximately 15mm of The plug/string remains outside. Then slowly remove the tool from the hole, leaving The string/plug in the puncture hole.
Step 6. (original pic #6) screw the plastic connector onto the tire valve. (the end Of the connector without the barb screws onto the tire valve.)
Step 7. (original pic #7) Slide the insulating sleeve onto the CO2 bottle.
Step 8. (original pic #8) firmly screw the CO2 bottle into the opposite end of the Plastic connector (barb end) to allow inflation of the tire. (note:- more than one C02 bottle may be required to achieve a suitable inflation pressure). Adjust the tire pressure to the recommended level before riding the motorcycle.
Step 9. (original pic #5) Using a sharp knife, remove the exposed plug/string flush With the tire tread.

CAUTION: This type of tire repair is for emergency roadside use only. Have the tire inspected or replaced by an approved tire repair station at the owner's earliest opportunity.
